Practice Bottleneck Scorecard
Your practice probably does not have eight equally important problems.
It has a next problem. This scorecard helps you find the earliest weak link in your Modern Practice System so you stop fixing the wrong thing first.
This is not a grade. It is a sequencing tool.
Rate each statement from 1–5. The scorecard looks at all eight areas, then identifies the earliest weak point in the chain—not simply the lowest number.
